Our story
Built by someone who ran the floor — and then built the systems.
Rakhovin’s founder spent years inside the world’s leading logistics companies — running large-scale warehouse operations first, then building the operational intelligence and AI products those operations ran on. Slotting engines proven against live enterprise sites. Replenishment and planning systems trusted with enterprise volumes. Optimisation that had to survive contact with a real Monday morning, not a benchmark dataset.
That double life — operator and builder — is the company’s founding insight. Most warehouse software is written by people who have never stood at an empty pick face mid-shift, and most operational expertise never makes it into software. Rakhovin exists to close that gap: every engine in Awarehouse encodes how warehouses actually work, and every output is designed for the person who has to act on it at 6 a.m.
We started with the warehouse because that’s where the leverage is — travel and labour dominate fulfilment cost, and both yield to intelligence. But the ambition is wider: a platform of decision systems for the physical world, built with the same discipline — model reality, optimise honestly, prove the value.

Warehouses run on centimetres and minutes. Our engines are deterministic, tested against real operational data, and engineered so the same inputs always produce the same, defensible plan.

Every recommendation carries its reasoning; every saving is labelled modelled or measured; every shortfall is reported, not hidden. Trust is earned by numbers that admit what they are.

Operator-first
Software succeeds on the floor or not at all. We design for shift supervisors and pickers — clear plans, familiar location codes, printable sheets — with the mathematics kept out of their way.

Evidence over adjectives
No “revolutionary”, no “game-changing”. We lead with percentages, distances and payback days, and we show our working. If a number can’t be defended, it doesn’t ship.
